What if I can't come to the store?
You can still take advantage of our shipping rates if you can't come to our store location. It works like this:​​
​
  1. You provide us your shipment information over email, and payment information over the phone.
  2. We create your discounted shipping waybill and send it over to you over email.
  3. You print out the waybill we provided, stick it to your shipment, and drop it off to your nearest courier drop off (i.e. UPS store, Fedex dropbox).
  4. That's it!

How DO i Calculate Chargeable Weight
Chargeable weight is the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight. You can find out the volumetric weight with the formula below:
  • L" x W" x H" inches divided by 139 (vol. weight in lbs)
  • L x W x H cm divided by 5000 (vol. weight in kg)

Usually, volumetric weight applies to large items that are light, or irregularly shaped packages.
I want to send a document Internationally
Sending a document usually takes 3-5 business days for major destinations, and roughly costs $85 for express courier service with tracking number provided.

You'll be able to track your important documents all the way to the door. This service costs roughly $100-$120 without our discounted rates.

Can i Send Perfume?
Because of our expertise in logistics, we are able to ship perfume when other courier companies cannot. Your shipment will be fully traceable online with tracking number.
